Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Newman Tools Shopping Cart. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*FedEx First Overnight is only offered where applicable. The "delivered by" time may vary depending on location.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are usually out of our control.
We reserve the right to use a different carrier and/or service if there is a better option in terms of price vs delivery time.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We can ship to physical addresses only. We will not be able to process an order that is shipping to a P.O. box and will have to contact you to obtain a physical ship-to address.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Newman Tools Inc. is not responsible for any customs, duties, and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the receiver (tariffs, fees, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Newman Tools Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
Do not presume that returns will be accepted. If accepted, a minimum 25% restocking fee will apply to your refund.
To return your product, you must contact us before you send back your product to obtain a return shipping authorization and return address details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
