EU Return Policy
EU Right of Withdrawal (European Union customers only)
This section applies only to customers located in the European Union purchasing as
consumers (not for business use).
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods by sending a clear written statement to:

Your notice must include your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to
withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.

Return of goods after withdrawal
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notified us. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Goods must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where possible.
Please note: the EU Right of Withdrawal applies only during the 14-calendar-day period described above. Returns requested outside this window are subject to our standard return policy, which includes a minimum 25% restocking fee and is subject to approval at our discretion.
Refunds after withdrawal
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not
additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
We may reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in value of the goods if this has been caused by you handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. After 14 business days if we have not received the return, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card
company — processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund,
contact us at shop@newmantools.com.
Exceptions — when the Right of Withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasonsSale and liquidation items
Sale and liquidation items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Note: The Right of Withdrawal applies to consumer purchases only. It does not apply to purchases made for business, trade, or professional purposes.
